Enable Hydration Tracking and Set Goals
Trainest lets you track your water intake alongside your nutrition.
To activate it, simply navigate to the “Nutrition” section within the app and tap on “Settings.” Look for “Hydration Tracking” and toggle the switch. Then, choose your preferred measurement unit, be it milliliters or fluid ounces.
Trainest has a suggested daily water intake goal, but feel free to modify it according to your personal requirements. Once confirmed, your hydration progress will be conveniently displayed on your nutrition dashboard.
Track Water Intake
With Trainest, you can effortlessly track your water intake with our user-friendly hydration tracker.
Go to your nutrition dashboard and locate the “Water Tracked” section. Select this banner to receive the “Water Tracked” pop-up, and then select the “Add” button. This allows you to record the amount of water you consumed and the specific time you had it. If you wish to adjust the time, simply select the prefilled time and adjust via the scroll selector as desired.
The information you enter is instantly reflected on your nutrition dashboard.

You have four different features in which to see your progress:
- Hydration Progress: Easily view the records of your daily water intake since the beginning. To access them, go to the “Progress” section and click the “Hydration” card. This will give you a quick overview of your hydration progress.
- Hydration Calendar: You can easily access your water intake for specific dates. Simply select the calendar icon to view this and assess your consistency over time.
- Progress Chart: Trainest also has a feature that gives you insights into your progress through charts. Just tap the three dots and select “Charts.” Here, you can see your water intake compared to your goals over the past 5, 10, or 30 days, presented in an easy-to-understand chart format.
- Goal History: Trainest monitors your changing hydration goals. Each time you modify your water consumption goal, a new entry is added to your “Goal History” section. To view it, simply tap the three dots and choose “Goal History.” This feature lets you view the dates, the precise targets you established, and how many days you have tracked towards each goal.
