To access these detailed progress breakdowns, simply navigate to the “Progress” section within the app. Click the three dots in the top right corner and select “Charts.” Here, you’ll find a variety of charts showcasing your progress, including weight fluctuations, body composition metrics like water and fat percentage, lean muscle mass, and bone density, as well as specific body measurements for your chest, biceps, waist, hips, thighs, and calves.
These progress charts can help you identify areas where you’re excelling and areas that might need some tweaking. This information allows you to adjust your workout routine or diet plan for even better results.
Comparison Tool
While the charts offer a clear snapshot, go deeper with our built-in comparison tool. Effortlessly track and compare your progress over time to truly witness your transformation.
To access the comparison tool, simply go to the Check-in Progress Section. Tap the three dots in the top right corner and select “Compare.” Select the before and after dates that you want to compare and see the progress of your check-ins.
