Step 1: Stand upright on the balls of your feet with your heels slightly raised and with the end of an agility ladder beside you. Bend your arms to for 90-degree angles, ensuring your elbows are directly under your shoulders.

Step 2: Make sure you keep a slight bend in your knees. Engage your core for the whole duration.

Step 3: Rotate your hips as you cross your outer foot behind you and over to the next step.

Step 4: Lift your lead foot and move it to the next step.

Step 5: Rotate your hips as you raise your outer foot and cross it in front and on the next step. Then, step your lead foot into the next box.

Step 6: After completing the prescribed repetitions, repeat the process for the opposite side by facing the opposite direction and switching the lead foot.
