Step 1: Place your feet just slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Hold a rope in each hand, palms facing each other. Maintain an upright posture, bend your knees, and push your hips back.

Step 2: Ensure your knees align with your toes and your core is engaged.

Step 3: Maintaining a slight elbow bend, explosively raise both arms overhead. Extend your hips, knees, and ankles as you lift the ropes to generate maximum power for the slam.

Step 4: Then, slam the ropes down by explosively pulling your hands toward your hips in an arching motion.

Step 5: Repeat the motions smoothly and continuously until you reach the prescribed number of repetitions, time, or failure.
